Thank you for shopping at Lounge and Lather. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a positive experience.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  2. All seals, shrink wrap, and protective packaging must be intact
  3. Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items, except where required by law.


Important Return Shipping Policy (No Free Returns)

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels and we do not reimburse return shipping fees, unless the return is due to: an item being defective, or an incorrect item being sent by us.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email:

support@loungeandlather.com

Include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you would like to return
  • the reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive:

  • damaged
  • defective, or
  • incorrect

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos of the product and packaging.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement.


California & Other State Consumer Rights

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including California requirements for online retail disclosures.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law. Where state law requires different treatment, those legal requirements will apply.
